Opportunity to shine and contribute to our practice's success. Requirements: Hold a valid Kentucky Dental Hygienist license. Bring your 1+ years of experience as a RDH to the table. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions. Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis cleanings, scaling & root planing, polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc. Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques. Benefits: Dental, 401k, PTO, Bonuses Compensation: $40-$50/hour
