Ag Express Electronics is seeking a skilled Harness Assembly Technician who will be responsible for fabricating high-quality wire harnesses and cable assemblies from schematics and wiring diagrams. This role requires effective communication skills to enhance cross-functional collaboration among production team members and allow for continuous improvement of harness fabrication processes. This is a pivotal role in ensuring project success through meticulous documentation of work orders and upholding excellent customer service standards. This position is located at our Des Moines, Iowa facility.
