Sr Systems and Database Technician Our HiTech, Peterborough NH, division is looking for a Sr Systems and Database Technician who will be able to design, support, and maintain IT/computer systems for corporate multi-site IT departments. This cross-divisional role is to support project and system needs for the company technology goals. This role implements both division-specific and company-wide strategic solutions using company-wide standards. You will perform divisional support for our servers, personal computers, IoT, operational technology and help desk. This is a varied position that includes maintaining our equipment server and personal computer equipment, as well as assisting with internal phone system and cell phone support. Assist Information Systems Management with special projects as directed. JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES: CCNP, VCP/VCAP, MCSE, or similar level system and/or network certifications preferred. Advanced to Expert / SME level in Server support, PC and workstation support, phone system administration, storage, Windows server administration, VMWare/vCenter/VDI Horizon, Veeam server and Veritas client backup. Advanced to Expert / SME level - solid understanding of foundational concepts required for networking (VLANs, IP subnets, Routing.
