We accomplish this by delivering an outstanding customer experience and using the highest quality products backed by professional expertise.Compensation:$22 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment Complete paperwork and services performed Review results of water's pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary Educate customers with tips on how to maintain their pool Remove and install new underwater lights What Winning Looks LikeInstall, diagnose, and repair: Pool automation systems, variable-speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting & electrical componentsProvide accurate written quotes for equipment and repairsExplain repair options and estimates clearly to customersFollow up with customers to complete the saleMaintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and parts using pool softwareMonitor work quality and uphold professional standardsOrder parts and supplies as neededProvide technical guidance and outstanding customer serviceQualifications:Applicant must have a valid driver's license Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques High school diploma or GED required Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong computer and software knowledgeValid Florida driver's license with a good driving recordMust pass a criminal background checkYou're a Great Match If You have 5+ years of pool repair experienceYou are proficient in estimating repairs and equipmentYou communicate clearly and provide professional serviceYou have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skillsYou're organized, reliable, and committed to qualityAbout CompanySea Breeze Pools is a family-owned and operated business where employees are treated like family.
