Prioritize the guest experience by actively listening and fulfilling guest expectations. Create a welcoming environment for guests by guiding them through the Mini Munch Sliders menu Exceed the guest expectations to ensure we meet a great guest experience Deliver the best sliders anyone has ever had with the best service anyone has ever had Cross train to learn all roles within the restaurant to include front and back of house positions. Must have grill cook and cashier experience. Maintain restaurant equipment and overall safe environment for all Complete daily and weekly assigned tasks. Contribute to the success of the team by being humble, positive and supportive of others. Ensure that cash handling procedures are being followed. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day & able to lift up to 25+ pounds on occasions. A day and a week In the life Monday- Sunday between 18 - 38 hours/week Team Members have two days off per week. During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of the business. Nights and Weekend shifts are part of the job requirements at Mini Munch Sliders to ensure our guests receive the best experience possible. Compensation & Benefits: Team Member Pay: $16.35 per hour + Tip Pool Tip Pool: average $3 per hour Total Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour75% Off Food Meals Set Scheduling in 8-week blocks Uniform - 3 t-shirts and a hat Paid Training
