We provide services such as flour milling, custom flour mixing/blending, private label, grain cleaning, and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the country. As National Account Sales, you will build an understanding of our customers' businesses, industry trends, and a working knowledge of your assigned customer contracts. You will be responsible for all revenue generating activities including prospecting, presenting, and closing new business opportunities, and driving value added customer solutions within your assigned customers. As National Account Sales, you will maintain a book of business, drive sales for B2B interactions, and effectively manage relationships with our customers. Candidates can live in the Dallas, TX metro area, and will consider other cities in North Texas. National Account Sales Responsibilities: Establish, grow, and manage new and existing customers. Learn about our customers' operations, understand their challenges, and provide solutions to meet their needs. Oversee customer service and solution delivery to your assigned customer base and communicate clear account priorities, goals and plans to educate our internal teams regarding strategies and tactics for expanding business and addressing customer needs. Effectively manage the profitability of the business and drive new business sales through effective prospecting efforts, partnering with field and distributor sales teams, merchandising our total value proposition, and closing the sale with customers. Identify business needs and opportunities that drive customer adoption of new and innovative products, to develop and implement customized solutions for your customers. Develop key relationships within your assigned accounts and across the industry. Attend business and social events in support of customer relationships. Effectively develop less experienced field and corporate accounts associates. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of proven sales industry experience with a history of calling on commercial bakeries and/or grocery retailers. Industry knowledge of B2B sales out of food service, specialty ingredients, oils, flour, mixes, or disinfectants, would be a plus. Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting. This individual will need to manage the complete sales process, to include all internal steps from beginning to end. We are a small privately held company. Corporate or national accounts experience. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams across regions, functions, and businesses. Financial and analytical skills, including understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers' situations and concerns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ability to travel a minimum of 50% travel. Greenfield Milling TITLE I & E Technician Job Location Hereford, TX 79045 Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Salary Range $25.00 - $34.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Description Description The Industrial Electrician Technician will provide technical execution of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks on relevant instrumentation, control, and analytical systems for our equipment to continuously supply quality products safely, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements. The Industrial Electrician Technician should understand, troubleshoot, and install, starter boxes, control power, capacitance and capacitor banks, downline protection devises, motors, run new electrical service to equipment for 480V, low voltage 24V, and 4-20 Ma, and have PLC knowledge. Industrial Electrician Technician Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to company safety work policies and operating practices. Report safety incidents and near misses. Startup, operate, and maintain air separation and bulk gas delivery systems, including associated tanks, purifiers, controls, and fill/offload systems. Troubleshoot shutdowns and perform corrective maintenance to allow equipment/plant restarts. Coordinate scheduling of planned maintenance and perform some preventative maintenance on system components. Operate units to continuously supply products of the appropriate quantities and qualities safely and economically, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements. Monitor process performance and makes appropriate adjustments to remedy deviations and align to the specified norm.
