Participate in clinical research, with opportunities to lead or collaborate on studies focused on advancements in cardiac imaging and cardiovascular care. Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement programs, imaging protocol development, and clinical innovation in cardiac imaging. Engage n outreach and collaborative activities with referring physicians to promote the use of advanced cardiac imaging in patient care. Participate in the cardiology division's call schedule, providing imaging consultation and interpretation. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease. Licensed to practice Medicine in Louisiana before hire date. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program. Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program. Proficiency in n multiple imaging modalities, including echocardiography, cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and nuclear cardiology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an academic and team-oriented environment.
