Description :A Lead Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, to promote the positive development of all children. Plans, directs and coordinates the academic and nonacademic activities of the children in our care. Carry out learning objectives for all ages of children in their care/classroom. Greets parents and children at drop off/pick up. Ensures that all daily tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner, such as diapers/potty training, laundry, cleaning tables, chairs, diapering/toileting areas before and after each use, clean toys at naptime and/or end of each shift, and stocks supplies for the next day. Description :The Registration Specialist is responsible for assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits as well as completing financial clearance functions. This individual completes the registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits by collecting accurate demographic information, insurance information, and handling patient financial obligation at the time of service. This individual is also responsible for financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes. The Registration Specialist II greets and serves patients and internal team members in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters. In the hospital setting Nutrition is crucial to the healing process, the Food Service Assistant serves a vital role in helping patients with this healing process. Description :The lead pharmacist serves as the team lead and Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a designated pharmacy group, providing daily direction and support to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. They manage prescription orders/verify medication orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and offer drug information and patient education/counseling. The lead pharmacist also takes on additional responsibilities, including regulatory compliance and clinical initiatives, and may assume the pharmacy leader's duties in their absence. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, patient-focused role. In addition, the individual will exemplify the CoxHealth mission, vision, and values and act in accordance with CoxHealth policies and procedures. This role may involve occupational exposure to hazardous drugs. Description :Provides a variety of clerical and filing duties in the clinic office setting. Duties may include photocopying, faxing, filing, maintenance and transportation of medical records, answering the telephone, computer data entry and other duties as assigned. Knowledgeable of insurance managed care requirements, practice management system, and electronic medical record where applicable. Understanding of how ICD and CPT coding affect reimbursement from third party payers. Billing, collection and charge entry functions as assigned. Description :Under the direct supervision of the Director or designee performs those duties directly involved with the transport of patients to and from departments / units throughout the hospital.
