Omni Surgery Center is seeking a highly qualified Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and lead our multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment. The Administrator will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining accreditation standards, and fostering a culture of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management - Provide effective leadership to clinical and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Direct and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient flow, staff productivity, and overall organizational success. - Maintain a professional and calm presence while navigating high-stress situations. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting - Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements, including CMS Conditions for Coverage, New York State Department of Health regulations, and AAAHC accreditation standards. - Prepare and submit timely reports for all required state and federal agencies. - Monitor and update policies and procedures to reflect current laws, regulations, and best practices. Financial & Operational Oversight - Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to monitor revenue cycle management, payer compliance, and cost efficiency. - Assist with budget development, expense management, and vendor relations. - Oversee quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and patient safety programs. Team Development & Engagement - Mentor and support clinical staff in professional development, training, and performance evaluations. - Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain a cohesive team. - Lead by example in maintaining a patient-centered, service-oriented environment. Human Resources Administration -Oversee recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and evaluation of all staff. -Ensure appropriate staffing levels, staff development, and performance management. -Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Required: Minimum 7 years of RN experience, with demonstrated clinical expertise. - Preferred: Administrative leadership experience or Medical-Surgical nursing background. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, ASC operations, and accreditation standards. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
