As an Area Supervisor, you will be entrusted to lead multiple locations and management teams in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a working environment (culture) that promotes engagement and living the Company values. Area Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: Embrace and promote our core values and mission statement Create a culture that promotes growth and learning Identify talent by recruiting internal and external candidates Facilitate meetings to ensure training and development of management teams and leaders Lead multiple locations in basic cost control measures (labor, food, and other key controllables) Teach and maintain established systems and processes for success Strategize sales building techniques with department heads, support teams, and follow up for completion Oversee employee relations (hiring, training, evaluations, progressive discipline) in a timely manner in accordance with company policy Communicate with the Director of Operations on all operational and HR related issues Enforce all local, state, and federal food code requirements Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Travel to assigned restaurants Exhibit professional image and conduct 5+ Years of relevant experience in restaurant management 2+ Years of relevant experience in multi-unit restaurant management Successful track record in development and team building Possess a fundamental business acumen needed to lead multiple locations Open availability to include weekends and holidays Lift / carry items up to 50 lbs.; walk/stand for extended periods of time; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead MORE Benefits: Fun and Creative Work Culture!
