We will train! We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and be developed into a specialized recruiter supporting both Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian technology roles. No prior recruiting experience is required-just a strong work ethic, communication skills, and interest in building a career in technical recruiting. You will receive structured training and mentorship on the full recruitment lifecycle, compliance requirements, and the unique skills needed to support both cleared government positions and commercial technology roles. Key Responsibilities Learn and support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for technical positions. Develop an understanding of DoD and civilian technology roles, including software engineering, systems administration, cybersecurity, hardware engineering, and IT support. Assist with candidate outreach through job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, and networking strategies. Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and comply with federal hiring requirements. Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to learn how to qualify job requirements, evaluate resumes, and match talent to open positions. Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions to gain knowledge of DoD clearance levels, technical skillsets, and industry hiring practices.
