Basic Qualifications: • U.S. citizenship is required. • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of experience, a Master's with 10+ years, or a Ph.D. with 8+ years. • Proven experience in the development, testing, and operation of fault-tolerant systems, including spacecraft avionics and software/hardware integration. • Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems, flight software practices, spacecraft testing, and mission operations. • Hands-on experience with STOL or similar scripting languages. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, including design notes and test reports. • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
