This position requires mechanical aptitude, technical ability, machine troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Ø Perform equipment setup, operation, repair, and basic daily/weekly preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency. These tasks must be completed under minimal supervision. Ø Maintain machine raw material feeds, perform any fault clearing and clear stoppages on automated equipment. Ø Utilize human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify and correct shifts in process control. Ø Ensures adequate raw material is prepared correctly and jobs are run in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.

Previous CNC experience is required.

This position is full time, Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm and starting pay at $18/HR depending on experience. Will be trained and responsible for the following, including but not limited to: Responsibilities: Candidates for this role will be utilizing casts or molds, that have been fabricated out of metal or harden plastic to shape plastic material to given parameters This role will involve pouring epoxy and resin mixtures into molds and putting inserts in various places to conform the shape of soft plastic material Will be responsible for putting in vacuum chambers to remove remaining air The casting technician will be de-molding, meaning they are pulling the congealed plastic form shapes out from the mold itself using hand tools, air guns, putty scrapers etc. Grinding and belt sanding contoured area for smoothness Must have great attention to detail and hand and eye coordination Looking for candidates with prior manufacturing experience but not required
