Job Description Please Note- 1st Shift (Days) 5am-5pm Purpose: The Multi Skill Operator - Wet End Specialist has several primary purposes, including assisting with the 5S of the Wet Ends and other satellite areas, managing the movement of material through the poly room, assisting the EHS Manager with all forms of waste, and filling in on the production lines or in the mix room as needed. Qualifications: Internal certification in safe use of forklifts Internal certification in safe use of overhead cranes Internal certification in use of trash compactor Ability to use utility knife and common hand tools safely Ability to read tape measure with decimal and fraction scale Ability to use basic math skills Ability to use Microsoft Windows and KBM RCRA Trained DOT Trained Primary Functions: Monitor and help maintain the 5S of the Mix Room, Poly Room, 90-Day Area, Organic Peroxide Storage, and Drum Storage Triple rinse organic peroxide drums and dispose of appropriately Process waste resin through the Poly Room and dispose of appropriately Prepare hazardous waste drums for shipment Assist the lines with daily activities such as waste removal, 5S work, breaks, and TPM work Supply the Wet Ends of the lines with necessary raw materials Break down packaging materials and sort into waste and returnable items Fill in on the production lines and in the mix room as needed to cover for absences or breaks. Qualifications: Internal certification in safe use of forklifts Internal certification in safe use of overhead cranes Internal certification in use of trash compactor Ability to use utility knife and common hand tools safely Ability to read tape measure with decimal and fraction scale Ability to use a micrometer thickness gauge and barcol tester Ability to use line equipment control Ability to use basic math skills Ability to use Microsoft Windows and KBM Certified in Panel Checker Primary Functions: Assist the Group Lead in setting up the lines for startups, including trim boards, trim guides, trim saws or slitters, and counters Assist the Group Lead in completing all reports and forms in a timely manner, including production recaps, inspection reports, real time reject entries, cut down forms, and coil maps Communicate effectively to the wet end and the packaging department to ensure efficient operation Make frequent line adjustments, including spring wheel and sensor eye placement, to ensure the panel continues to run straight on-line Monitor the trim width and communicate any issues to the Dry and Wet End Lead Operators Notify the Dry End Lead of any correction marks on the panel Monitor splices to ensure the film does not pull apart Manages the trim choppers and disposes of all trim when the dumpsters are full Maintain acceptable 5S standards for the Dry End of the lines Provide necessary support on the line wherever needed when issues arise as directed by the Shift Supervisor or the Group Lead PIdfe0381a3cd1-4030

Cross training in various skills and positions to build bench strength is the ultimate purpose. Qualifications: Internal certification in safe use of forklifts Internal certification in safe use of overhead cranes Internal certification in use of trash compactor Ability to use utility knife and common hand tools safely Ability to read tape measure with decimal and fraction scale Ability to use basic math skills Ability to use Microsoft Windows and KBM Primary Functions: Operate the cutdown coiler for reworking coils Construct skylight materials as needed Maintain 5S standards for all secondary operations areas Assist the lines with daily activities such as waste removal, 5S work, breaks, and TPM work Salvage b-grade panels using the offline shear or offline saws Cut cores for upcoming coil production runs Supply the Wet Ends of the lines with necessary raw materials Break down packaging materials and sort into waste and returnable items Primary Film Embosser & Primary Reclaim Operator: Ensure the safe operation of film equipment by following all standard operating procedures and machine operating instructions Perform all required pre-shift inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment Input production data into necessary forms and recaps Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet or exceed quality specifications Monitor the operation of the machine at all times while running Troubleshoot problems as required, perform necessary line adjustments, and contact maintenance as needed Meet the production demands as listed on the production run sheet and the Supervisor Package all finished products according to the packaging specifications Perform TPM responsibilities on equipment as required Maintain 5S standards in the area PI6a838f95edb7-4028
