Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with a passion for site civil land development. This role will support a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects under the guidance of a Project Manager (PM). You'll play a key role in advancing project objectives through technical design, permitting, coordination, and communication with clients, consultants, and public agencies. Key Responsibilities Prepare preliminary and final site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D Analyze project data, including surveys, legal descriptions, and utility information Develop engineering reports, technical studies, and calculations (e.g., drainage, grading, utilities, stormwater management) Support preparation and submittal of permit applications to local and state agencies Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders Monitor work for compliance with applicable codes and industry standards Assist in preparing construction documents, cost estimates, and engineering opinions Contribute to a collaborative team environment with clear and effective communication Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar Engineering degree) from an ABET accredited university. EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months required.
