Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, the CSR plays a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience, answering product inquiries, processing sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in livestock, pets, and gardening, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
