Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Mansfield, MA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Shift & Pay 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $23.50/hour 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - $25.38/hour Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate computer-controlled machining equipment and help produce high-quality medical device components. This role involves machine operation, inspections, documentation, and following safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC and other computer-controlled machining equipment. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts. Complete first article inspections and quality checks. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Record production and inspection data accurately in manufacturing systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all ISO, FDA, environmental, and safety regulations. Complete all required training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or related experience. Experience operating CNC or other automated equipment is a plus. Precision machining or medical device manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical and computer skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment are a plus. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges is preferred. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Basic math skills. Physical Requirements Stand and/or walk for most of the shift (80%+). Lift up to 25 pounds. Work in a manufacturing/machine shop environment.
