Oversee and coordinate contractors, as well as onsite staff, to complete apartment renovations, amenity adds, and common area upgrades. Perform hands-on interior renovations including framing, drywall, taping, texturing, painting, cabinetry, laminate countertops, doors, trim, lighting & plumbing fixtures, etc. Complete hands-on exterior renovations including siding, doors, windows, trim, caulking, painting, etc. Ensure all renovation work meets safety standards and complies with local building codes Maintain renovation schedules and deliver weekly progress reports Oversee project budgets with a keen eye for expense control measures throughout each project Assist with routine maintenance & repair tasks, such as work orders and apartment turnovers. Recruit, train, and supervise renovation staff. Drive a professional, courteous, and service-oriented atmosphere Maintain clear communication with residents, employees, and contractors to ensure transparency and efficiency.
