Qualifications: Solid experience running social media accounts (bonus points if you've grown a brand or personal page on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube). You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our high-performance multi-city real estate team. Compensation: $55,000 salary plus bonus Responsibilities: Manage and nurture a growing database of buyer and seller prospects to maximize long-term conversion opportunities. Proactively engage and convert leads through phone, text, email, and AI-driven follow-up systems to generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
