Advanced degree, either CFA, CFP, or MBA, preferred. Thorough knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, along with a fundamental knowledge of financial planning principles. Knowledge of fiduciary, tax and other regulations impacting the investment management function. Strong investment management skills and commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes. Strong written and verbal skills and ability to handle and deliver difficult client and management messages with tact and firmness. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel are a must, as is basic numeracy. Experience with a trust accounting and/or investment system is preferred. Must be able to juggle priorities, be organized and have an adjustable social style. Must exhibit initiative, and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Must have knowledge of securities processing and clearing along with trust & accounting systems. Must have knowledge of investment systems to support trading and performance analysis and technology to support recordkeeping, and payment history. Salary Range: $130,466.00 - $214,338.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
