Minimum 8 years experience leading maintenance and reliability efforts, managing operations, or leading performance turnarounds in cultures where resistance is high. Experience in sites with highly complex manufacturing schedules, high changeover rates and similar challenges is preferred. Internally driven with ability to deliver quality work in a high-volume setting. Ability to engage and influence individuals and groups; communicating appropriately at all levels; fast-thinking/capable of answering detailed questions for areas of responsibility; and delivering results in a complex setting with competing priorities. Technical skill and experience can come from any of the following sectors: Meat processing, Power Generation, Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation, Agriculture, Food and Beverage, Packaging, or Chemicals. Experience overseeing/managing skilled workforce. Proficient in core maintenance work management processes: identification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, and execution. Experience optimizing PM/PdM programs, storeroom management and work force utilization. Excellent project management skills with ability to control Scope, Cost and Schedule. Proficient use of project management software preferred. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of different scopes, in a fast-paced environment, and highly skilled at adapting to changing business priorities. Facilitator for Root Cause Analysis and similar methodologies. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) capabilities Benefits Overview Competitive base salary ($110,000- $140,000 annually). Base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees.
