Work Shift Day (United States of America) Job Summary: Manages a Talent Acquisition team to deliver a world class recruitment experience for current and future team members. Responsible for specific talent pools and creating solutions to create and maintain pipelines of talent to serve multiple facility locations. Ensure the successful implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategies and oversee the day to day operations of recruitment team. Responsible for compliance to state and federal employment laws and compliance with company policies and service level agreements.Understands and implements best practices and benchmarks from like functions across the nation and industry. Recommendations and implements continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and solutions. Manages the execution, adoption and sustainment of ongoing strategies and solutions. Manages stakeholder relationships and partners with HR, department leaders, TA and executives to cultivate relationships and achieve business results. Coaches team members to achieve department goals, leverages data and metrics, leads projects and manages direct reports in an inspiring way that encourages professional growth, engagement, and high performance. Recruitment Operations & Optimization Manage recruiting for all positions within assigned groups and/or recruiting solutions for system wide impact. Measure performance, productivity and ROI and take action to improve results as needed. Develop, lead and manage the design and implementation of recruitment strategies, solutions and plans to ensure a continual pipeline of high quality, excellent talent for clients in assigned groups. Assure integrity and consistency of TA systems, processes and policies, working closely with others to implement changes to practices as needed to meet organizational, regulatory or legal requirement Hold staff accountable for utilizing technology systems, data and metrics, processes, assessment and selection techniques and consultation skills. Provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team members. Continually monitor and assess the performance of the staff, recruiting systems, processes and data and reporting to provide recommendations for improvement as needed Data driven Decision Making Develop and understand recruiting metrics and goals in alignment with department goals and business outcomes. Create presentations, business cases and data-based reports to present to business leaders. Develop capabilities of staff, building on individual interests, skills and competencies with an eye on retention, recognition and succession creating an environment of continuous learning, improvement and development. Ensures each member of the team is fully capable to deliver results, improve processes and procedures and maintain expected performance, engagement and customer satisfaction levels. Identify, hire and allocate resources to meet the objectives of the business. Recruitment Strategy Implementation Effectively balance standardization and efficiency of operations with creative solutions to individual or collective client needs. Works with customer groups to understand, calibrate and exceed expectations. Resolve business challenges that require escalation and collaboration across internal departments and vendors/suppliers. Research and stay current on market trends, benchmark data, best practices and innovative solutions to drive future strategies and relevant solutions. Consult and drive recommendations, strategies, solutions and tactics to improve operations, solutions and results. Lead and champion change management and adoption of new tools and process improvements to optimize the recruiting process, solutions and experience. Job Qualifications: Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Human Resources Management Required and Bachelors Business Administration/Management Required or Bachelors Other Required Masters Other Preferred Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a talent acquisition, human resources staffing function. Required Minimum 3 years directly leading others to drive results in a high accountability environment. Required Experience implementing recruitment priorities, solutions and projects aligned with organization strategies within medium to large companies. Required Experience consulting with executives on complex initiatives, market trends, business challenges, processes, partnerships and service levels. Required Experience creating presentations, business cases and data analysis and presenting to executive leadership. Required Required Minimum Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement. Effectively uses work time to accomplish team objectives. Ability to interface and develop effective internal and external partnerships and learning communities. Ability to deliver results utilizing strong critical thinking skills and work ethic. Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders and levels of employees/executives.
