Join a fast-moving equipment sales team where every call is an opportunity to solve a customer's problem, build a relationship, and close the deal. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help customers find the right forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, attachments, and related material handling solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, moving quickly, following up consistently, and turning customer needs into completed sales. PAY- Base pay plus commission. What We're Looking For • Sales experience, preferably in equipment, industrial, material handling, construction, or B2B sales. • Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing an active sales pipeline. • Ability to learn forklift, telehandler, scissor lift, and attachment applications. • Confidence using CRM systems, quoting tools, email, text, screenshare, and digital document platforms. • Customer-first mindset with the ability to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. What You'll Do • Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to connect with prospects, follow up on leads, and move opportunities forward. • Keep customer accounts accurate and up to date in Zoho CRM. • Follow all sales tools, CRM procedures, task management expectations, notes, lead statuses, and priority updates. • Use RSL information to understand customer needs and recommend the best equipment or attachment solution. • Upload, manage, and follow RSLs in Zoho CRM to support accurate quoting and follow-up. • Quote customers live by phone, email, text, or screenshare tools such as CrankWheel. • Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and activity updates through the TRS Team Reporting System. • Respond to company-provided leads quickly, with all DF leads contacted within the first minute of receipt whenever possible. • Help resolve customer concerns by investigating issues, developing solutions, documenting details, and coordinating with the Customer Success team when needed. • Stay current on products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development. • Provide clear invoice details and follow up on specialty ordered items, including forks, attachments, and related equipment. • Meet or exceed monthly sales expectations, including a target of 3 sales per month or $15,000 in gross profit. • Answer customer questions about equipment, pricing, product availability, credit terms, deposits, and payment balances. • Prepare and send customer documents through PandaDoc, invoices, and related sales systems. • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to support OSHA training needs for customers.
