Conduct regular ground maintenance to ensure a pleasant curb appeal. Complete interior and exterior janitorial duties. Purchase supplies, equipment, or services, to meet routine maintenance needs Qualifications: HVAC Certified 5 years' experience as a maintenance supervisor.
