Provides personal project oversight to maintain a detailed knowledge of the projects in process in various . locations ? Reviews all plans and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability and provides reporting to the company and architect ? Provides design consultation and participates in design reviews throughout the construction process ? Conducts thorough document reviews, including plans, specifications, and contracts ? Maintains communication with the steering committee, design-build team, and contractors to ensure alignment and accountability ? Develops and maintains a complete project record containing all plans, photos, records, and documentation What you bring ?
