Well Life Medicine, a thriving independently owned primary care and mental health clinic in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing, multidisciplinary care team. What You ll Do Provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care to patients across the lifespan (adults only is okay if you prefer) We typically offer 30 minute appointments, but this is flexible depending on your preference. Perform well visits, chronic disease management, PAPs, well-child checks, and basic in-office procedures Deliver urgent care and same-day visits within your panel Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and psychiatric providers Use Athena EHR and Freed AI for efficient documentation and accurate coding Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives Optional: Mentor PAs, NPs, or residents, develop new programs for our patients (non-controlled med dispensing, diabetic eye exam oversight, at-home sleep studies), or anything else you're interested in!
