Responsibilities: Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing assigned resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Clean walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors, and waxed floors according to department procedures and cleaning schedules. Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of new housekeeping and laundry staff. Assist with the scheduling of housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure adequate coverage. Assist the Housekeeping and Laundry Director with ordering supplies and managing the department budget. Resident Care & Confidentiality: Respect resident rights and maintain confidential resident information. Qualifications: Ability to pass a 50-pound lift test. Prior housekeeping and/or laundry experience in a facility setting (e.g., healthcare, hospitality). Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
