Create detailed repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians. Translate customer concerns into standard automotive repair terminology. Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle service history. Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process. Coordinate parts ordering and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Deliver an exceptional ownership experience that builds long-term customer loyalty. BMW experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDK and Xtime experience is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
