Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments across warehouses, including partner sites and manufacturing locations. Service Management Support: Communication and Tracking: Serve as the primary liaison with customers and teams, confirming requirements, providing updates, and ensuring timely order completion. Record-Keeping and Invoicing: Maintain accurate service transaction records and coordinate REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics cost analysis and route optimization. Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with carriers and service teams. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance is a plus. Experience in logistics for manufacturing and service operations. Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems. Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) is a plus.
