Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee projects in Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The Production Manager will also lead a team of installers, coordinate with clients, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in home improvement or construction management. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, tools, and installation techniques. Project Management: Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions on-site. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with crews, clients, and stakeholders. Technology: Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: OSHA certification or knowledge of workplace safety standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
