All delivered with a 100% performance test passage rate. What You Will Be Doing Maintain all tool crib and shadow-board tools. Understand the safe and proficient use, maintenance and storage of all common mechanical pipefitter, structural-fitter, and welder tools. These could be any or all the following: Pneumatic Hydraulic Electric Manual Combination of any above Manage the functionality of all tools from either issued tool crib or project shadow-boards. Safely disassemble all tools used in the normal functions for the above-described positions. Perform any normal maintenance procedure for the upkeep of such tools. Monitor timely delivery and installation of replacement components. Replacement of normal tool consumables such as brushes, armatures, cords, chucks, housings, cylinders, etc., through soldering, crimps, brazing, etc., as necessary. Manage Kanban quantities of tool consumables and order as necessary. Monitor issuance of all tools in tool crib and notify Fabrication Manager of discrepancies. Monitor and maintain all large equipment maintenance. Understand, follow, and maintain all O&M requirements for maintenance protocols on large equipment, per monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis as required. Safely disassemble all equipment described above, (where certifications are not required), and perform any all-normal maintenance procedure for their upkeep. Monitor timely delivery and installation of replacement components. Document all inspections and/or repairs as per established SEA.6.05.FB.2SOP and any other written or verbal protocols for future reference. Complete daily inventory of tools. Knowledgeable of operating overhead cranes and or forklifts, while adhering to industry standards. Accountability for completion of daily work assignments while monitoring quality, safety and health regulations. Responsibilities may require sedentary work, including but not limited to computer operation, video review, classroom or online training, job observations/inspections, and peer work review. Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.
