Key Responsibilities • Provide technical expertise for the deployment and maintenance of power distribution and energy management systems. • Support project lifecycle phases including design review, equipment commissioning, and system integration. • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems such as switchgear, UPS, power meters, and automation controls. • Conduct testing and validation to ensure performance and compliance with technical standards. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project scope, budget, and schedule targets. • Prepare technical documentation, reporting, and as-built drawing packages. • Participate in client meetings, site assessments, and quality inspections. • Maintain adherence to safety standards and promote a zero-incident workplace culture. Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in energy systems, electrical distribution, or control systems. • Solid understanding of low and medium-voltage power systems, SCADA, or PLC-based controls. • Proficiency with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent. • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and other relevant electrical codes and standards. • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting government, data center, or industrial projects. • Active security clearance (if applicable). • Industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or NICET.

• Proficiency in AVEVA OASyS SCADA systems: Direct experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AVEVA OASyS is highly preferred. • Strong troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve communication issues across control networks, including serial, Ethernet, and wireless protocols. • Graphics development and updates: Skilled in modifying and maintaining HMI/SCADA graphics to reflect system changes and improve operator usability. • Database and point management: Experience with editing control system databases, cleaning up unused or outdated points, and ensuring data integrity. • Control systems integration: Familiarity with integrating third-party systems and devices into existing SCADA infrastructure. • Electrical and controls background: Understanding of field devices, I/O wiring, and control panel layouts to support both software and hardware troubleshooting. • Preventative maintenance and diagnostics: Capable of performing system health checks, backups, and routine diagnostics to ensure uptime and reliability. • Documentation and reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records of changes, issues, and resolutions for compliance and knowledge transfer. • Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working with engineers, IT staff, and field technicians to support system upgrades and expansions. • Security awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments, including patching, access control, and backup strategies.
