What You'll Do Assist guests in the Clearance Center from start to finish by understanding needs and satisfying them and assisting with customer pickups Provide recommendations, offer options and answer questions Maintain a visually appealing showroom, clean, move furniture and create signage Maintain the cash drawer by recording cash received, providing accurate change and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Assist with distribution center operations during downtime What We're Looking For Customer service-oriented and a willingness to assist customers and exceed their expectations Availability to work the full-time schedule (Tuesday through Saturday 8:30AM - 5PM) Computer Literacy - proficiency with office software and learning new systems Physical ability to lift, lower, push or pull furniture up to 100lbs.
