About the Role: Ready to be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company? As a Community Fiber Representative , you'll play a key role in expanding FastBridge Fiber's presence by connecting directly with residents in your assigned territory. This is a highly interactive, field-based sales role where your energy, hustle, and ability to build relationships directly impact your success. You'll engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations, educate them on the benefits of fiber internet, and guide them through the signup process all while building lasting connections in the community. No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one. What You'll Do: Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-person conversations. Educate residents on the benefits of FastBridge Fiber internet and services. Generate leads, referrals, and new customer sign-ups within your territory. Distribute marketing materials such as door hangers and community information. Represent FastBridge Fiber at local events, pop-ups, and community initiatives. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals. Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude in every interaction. What to Expect: Schedule : Primarily Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (some flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events) End of Month or Launch schedule can flatulate. Travel could be required. A fully field-based role, no desk required. Compensation & Benefits: $20/hour base pay paid weekly Uncapped Commissions paid monthly.
