Cardiovascular Surgery APP (NP/PA) Inpatient Position Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with cardiovascular surgery experience to join a growing inpatient program. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, highly skilled surgical team in a dynamic clinical environment. About the Role Work directly with two board-certified cardiothoracic surgeons and a dedicated group of advanced practice providers. Provide inpatient surgical support, including vein harvesting and perioperative patient management. Enjoy a mix of OR and clinic responsibilities with strong multidisciplinary support. Participate in a shared call rotation (1:3) with full cardiology, intensivist, and interventional radiology backup available 24/7. Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient and integrated patient care. Schedule Clinic: 1 day/week, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. OR Days: Based on surgical schedule Call: 1:3 rotation, shared with team Qualifications NP or PA with 3 5 years of experience Vein harvesting required RNFA certification required for NPs Strong communication and team-based care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment Comprehensive benefits package (medical, retirement, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and more) Why Join?
