Our Client, a prestigious NE Ohio manufacturer seeks an Electrical Cad Drafter Job Description: Implement capital projects and provide engineering support for the plant engineering department. The CAD Drafter assists Electrical Plant Engineers by creating or updating electrical drawings. Support Maintenance by modifying drawings that require updates. Support Common Services Electrical Fabrication and Construction with electrical drawings. Document existing production and facility equipment. Maintain and update electrical drawings. Assist the Electrical CAD Administrator in the development and maintenance of templates, schematic. Symbols, panel footprints, and standard parts library. Assist the Electrical CAD Administrator in training CAD user and developing training content. Other duties as assigned by manager. Summary Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Technically proficient in using software applications such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, MS Office. Ability to effectively apply all drafting standards, practices, and procedures in electrical drafting. strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
