As a Baker, you will play a key role in preparing delicious bread and baked goods while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Work in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures. Maintain tools and personal hygiene to ensure food safety and quality standards. Prepare flour and other baking ingredients, either manually or with the assistance of commercial bakery equipment. Shape dough to bake a variety of bread and other baked goods. Operate commercial bakery equipment, including ovens, loaders, proofers, and dough mixers. Work efficiently and quickly to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and hygiene practices during all operations.
