We're hiring for three levels: Assistant (Hourly Rate $17 - $20) Recent Trade School Grad General knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Tools Assist Lead on Install Jobs such as load truck, prep materials and breakdown Pick up equipment and materials and supply house Valid Driver's License with clean history Able to climb ladders Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Mid- Tier (Hourly Rate $21 - $24) All duties of an Assistant Can work independently under guidance of Lead Can effectively communicate with customers during install.
