What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in plumbing estimating (commercial preferred). Strong understanding of construction documents and bid processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimating software (FastPIPE a plus). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a crew while actively contributing to commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading teams and possesses strong knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes. This position requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
