We're seeking a Senior Director to lead Product Adoption and Market Management across BNY's Domestic Payments portfolio. This product leader will oversee a team of product managers responsible for go to market strategy, product positioning, commercialization, sales enablement, and market intelligence to drive client adoption and usage across Domestic Payments products, including: Payables and Receivables solutions Instant payments and real time rails Account validation and risk screening solutions Benefit disbursement and bill pay platforms B2B payment capabilities and integrated experiences Pay by Bank and specialized vertical based solutions This role partners closely with Platform/Product Owners, Sales, Solutioning, Commercialization, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology and Design to shape the market narrative, launch and scale offerings, and institute data driven mechanisms that accelerate adoption, usage, and client outcomes.
