Assists charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed. Keeps a clean towel and a clean washcloth for each patient in bathrooms as all times. (Replaces immediately when used.). Empties incontinent pad barrel and linen containers every shift and replaces plastic bags in containers. Reports at end of shift to oncoming CNA's. Understands and agree to follow policy of no transfers until Certified. Agrees to obtain assistance from a CNA assigned to assist the Care assistant with tasks they are not comfortable or trained to perform and with ALL transfers. Job Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be a graduate of a NA1 training program.
