We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ASAP locum need within an established outpatient substance use treatment program. This is a fast-hire opportunity for a provider who can step in quickly to support medical and psychiatric services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Methadone. All clinical backgrounds are welcome, provided MAT experience requirements are met. Location: Long Island, NY (on-site) Schedule: 35 hours/week Monday - Friday : 9AM-5PM (Preferred) Monday - Wednesday: 9AM-5PM & Thursday 9AM-7PM (4 day work week) Employment Type: Locum / Contract (Immediate Start) Key Responsibilities Perform medical and psychiatric evaluations in an outpatient setting Prescribe, manage, and monitor medications, including MAT services Provide ongoing medication management for individuals receiving substance use treatment Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and clinical leadership to ensure continuity of care Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination Qualifications Active and unrestricted New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication-Assisted Treatment, including Methadone NPs or PAs from any clinical background will be considered Why This Role Immediate start / expedited hiring process Flexible locum engagement Established outpatient program with clinical support Competitive locum compensation Potential for extension or longer-term placement

We are seeking an APP Clinical Supervisor (NP or PA) to join a collaborative, patient-centered fertility and reproductive health practice. This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with oversight of a high-performing clinical team to ensure the highest quality, compliance, and patient experience standards. You ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and patient navigators to support individuals and couples through their fertility journey offering personalized, compassionate, and efficient care in a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, test interpretation, and procedures (IUI, HSG, saline sonogram, etc.) Manage treatment plans for IUI and IVF patients Perform pelvic ultrasounds, baseline and monitoring scans Conduct FDA screening and compliance reviews Participate in on-call rotation as needed Supervisory Duties: Mentor, coach, and oversee nursing and patient navigator teams Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (CDC, FDA, AAAASF, CLIA) Participate in audits and inspections Support protocol development, staff training, and quality improvement Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Qualifications Active NP or PA license in good standing Experience in women s health, reproductive endocrinology, or a related specialty preferred Strong leadership and team mentoring skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish a plus Why Join Us Supportive, collaborative culture focused on growth and patient care excellence Opportunity to lead within an innovative, expanding clinical practice
