Fiscal responsibility to exceed quarterly sales results from the prior year while managing labor, supply, and rental costs. Station assignments covering large areas with long walking distances, diverse clientele, noise, and high volume. Responsible for conducting post-event room inspections and updating files to close out events. Knowledge of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Excel, Word, Cater Ease, and C-Vent Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations and honesty and trust among the team.
