JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all new construction, framing and finishing to both inside and outside buildings. Performs maintenance on existing buildings, barns, sheds, fences and other structures needing repair. Responsible for knowledge of State of Delaware, New Castle County building codes, permits, licensing, and inspection. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years experience in carpentry and woodwork. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Experience with hand tools and carpentry power tools. Must be able to read and understand blue print reading. Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
