Hawk Associates Active Directory Administrator - Ft. Huachuca/Sierra Vista, AZ Recent internal promotions have opened up a position on our Active Directory Team. Job Description: A mission-driven professional with an Active Directory administration background and current TS/SCI clearance to support the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) on Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The candidate will join our CIO G6 Systems Operations Team - a team of skilled IT professionals who strive for successful user and mission support while providing positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Active Directory and user account management • Install, secure, and maintain Windows Server systems and Active Directory environments • Ensure security compliance for all Windows server based systems to include Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems • Build and maintain Active Directory infrastructure and the global backup and recovery of Active Directory • Build and maintain an identity management solution • Ensure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations • Troubleshoot Microsoft physical and VMware virtual environments Requirements: • Current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility • Current CompTIA Security+ certification • An approved Microsoft certification and/or training OR the ability to obtain a Microsoft certification and/or training within 6 months of hire • At least 3 years of applicable experience with in-depth knowledge of Active Directory environment to include Group Policy, Security Groups, Delegations, and permissions to OUs and objects • Experience with Windows Server, Systems Center, and Active Directory, for Windows Server 2019/2022 technologies as well as industry best practice with regard to the implementation, deployment, compliance and maintenance of Active Directory solutions in a secure network environment • Advanced understanding of Server 2019 and 2022 Operating Systems • Knowledge of PKI Infrastructures and deployments relating to Machine/User certificates or CAC • Knowledge of current DoD network administration requirements, concepts, practices, and procedures Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge/experience in at least a few of the following: WSUS, MECM, PowerShell, Windows Server Administration, Basic Networking, System Backup and Restore, STIGS, DNS, DFS, Active Directory, Virtual Environment Experience • Experience with IIS • Understanding of MS SQL 2019 fundamentals • Experience with Microsoft System Configuration Manager 1802 • VMWare (or other virtualization solution) experience • Critical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies Experience with PowerShell scripts and utilize command line interface • Experience with Certificate Authorities including managing templates and issuing certificates using the Certificate Server
