Welder / Fabricator SAN ANTONIO, TX Field POSITION SUMMARY The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for performing welding, fabrication, repair, and modification tasks to support fleet maintenance operations, construction equipment repairs, custom fabrication projects, and civil infrastructure construction activities. This role requires proficiency in multiple welding processes, blueprint interpretation, equipment repair, and metal fabrication techniques to ensure high-quality, durable, and structurally sound components and repairs. The position supports both shop and field operations and plays a critical role in maintaining operational uptime for construction equipment and fleet assets. YOUR ROLE Perform MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding operations in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and repair requirements.
