JOB SUMMARY The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and directing daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations including but not limited to product receiving, product replenishment, order selection, order loading, facility expense, and revenue management and adherence to company policies and government regulations while ensuring superior customer service and the safety & security of the designated facility. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the daily workload and safety of Warehouse Supervisors and associates Review and set priorities to ensure orders are correct, complete and leave on time to ensure excellent customer service Manage the proper selection, purchase, and utilization of Company assets in support of warehouse operations Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively Proactively look ahead to meet/exceed anticipated workloads Establish and implement processes and systems to efficiently meet inventory management goals and work with the Regional Director to help improve service levels for the facility, region, and the company Suggest efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assist with the implementation of changes with inbound and outbound warehouse operations Identify problems and propose solutions to other members of management and promote cooperation with other departments Daily review shipping and loading audits ensuring all required documentation are accurately completed and material is handled and stored correctly with minimum potential for loss Ensure day to day management and associate activities are in alignment with a safety strategy Maintain a safe and healthy work environment Direct, coordinate and monitor the daily activities & performance of Operations team to assure compliance of standard Company policies, procedures, quality, and safety Coach and develop a team in balancing the delivery of high productivity, quality and customer service Maintain a positive and safe work environment Oversee employee relations and participate in staff selection, performance and compensation evaluations, corrective action and terminations, as necessary Establish performance goals, monitor progress and provide feedback as necessary Manage employee performance through motivation, delegation, development, mentoring and resolving conflict Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy Provide and/or coordinate training as needed Consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate Conduct regular department meetings to foster employee engagement, communicate any changes to company policies and procedures, address employee concerns, foster idea-sharing and suggestions for improvement QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's Degree required or 10+ years' equivalent education and experience. Experience 5-7 years of related operations and management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Must be familiar with OSHA regulations Skills Strong understanding of budgeting and the ability to interrupt P&Ls. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency Ability to effectively write reports, present information and respond to questions from suppliers, customers, management and inter-department staff Capable of working with internal staff from other departments in a proactive and constructive manner Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop individuals and teams Able to engage and lead team discussions and meetings. JOB SUMMARY This is an Operations position responsible for performing/managing routine and high-level maintenance duties and other jobs assigned. Assists with material handling equipment and facility repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES Each employee is responsible for the food safety and quality of our products Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery within the facility, as noted in the equipment manufacturer's guidelines Visually inspect and test machinery to detect malfunction. Communicate equipment problems to operations staff as needed Diagnose problems and repair defective machines and equipment with new or repaired parts, following the specifications set forth in manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. $18.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY The Production Associate is responsible for aiding the line leader with daily transactions and maintaining a safe, organized, clean and efficient operation on their production line. They must be able to proactively identify and analyze problems and recommend appropriate action to improve performance to the line Leader. They ensure that produce of the highest quality is made ready and available for the day's runs at an acceptable productivity level. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs to standard rate for assigned production line and communicates to leadership when company standard is not met. Be aware of production performance KPIs. Maintains a safe and clean workspace. Ensures work area is washdown ready for sanitation to finish including the floor, tables, cutting boards, and equipment. Maintains quality specifications of unfinished products. Prepares, cuts, and repacks product per customers' specifications. Operates machinery such as potato peelers, bag sealers, and others. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the work area. While adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production to SQF (safe quality food) standards. JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe Facility/Warehouse environment. Performs the job in accordance with Preferred Work Methods. RESPONSIBILITIES Remove all trash and debris from the warehouse and dock areas. Clean up any spills of product or other foreign matter. Operate power scrubber, sweeper walk behind scrubber and other warehouse equipment. Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors, etc. Clean facility building, grounds, lighting, parking lots, etc. Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker rooms. JOB SUMMARY This is an operations position responsible for performing clerical duties within the transportation department including maintaining all regulatory compliance as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT). RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, organize and process driver daily paperwork, logs, manifest, vehicle inspection, etc. Answer phones, route calls and take messages. Research operation challenges, order supplies, liaison between office and operations Respond to delivery associate issues and provide support for a resolution. Process inbound freight paperwork weekly. Primary contact for any inbound freight issues. Run daily reports for operations supervisors (i.e. observations, vehicle tracking, etc.) Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervision or management. QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma or GED required. Experience 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred. 2 years' distribution/transportation experience in a high volume, route delivery operation preferred.
