Job Description Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development documentation, and transaction-specific due diligence materials for deals in the industrial and technology sectors, including data centers and advanced manufacturing Advise on title and survey review and resolve complex title issues for institutional and development clients Represent lenders in complex real estate finance transactions, including structuring and documenting secured lending facilities Prepare and negotiate joint venture agreements, leasing documents, and condominium and planned community instruments Collaborate with senior attorneys on multi-jurisdictional deals involving foreign inbound clients and domestic institutional players Manage competing deadlines efficiently across an active deal flow in a fast-paced, client-driven practice Support economic incentives work and manufacturing-related real estate matters as they arise Engage directly with clients and build relationships under the guidance of experienced partners committed to your development Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Active bar membership (DC preferred or willingness to waive in) 3+ years of real estate transactional and development experience at a law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department Demonstrated experience with purchase and sale agreements, development documentation, title and survey review, and lender-side representation Experience in real estate joint ventures, leasing, multi-family, condominium/planned community, or manufacturing is a plus Familiarity with economic incentives a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Up to 8th year associate level; in-house and solo practice backgrounds considered Why You Will Love Working Here This is a firm where ambition is rewarded, not just tolerated.
