Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certifications such as Certified Credit Executive (CCE) or Certified Credit & Risk Analyst (CCRA) preferred 5-8 years of progressive experience in credit, accounts receivable, or financial risk management roles Direct experience managing commercial and/or wholesale credit environments, preferably in fuel distribution, energy, logistics, or similarly high-volume, transactional industries Proven experience handling delinquent accounts through legal recovery processes, including court filings, judgments, liens, and coordination with legal counsel Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to customers and management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel Passionate about quality work and delivering best-in-class "Tiger Way" customer service support.
