Job Description Job Description HVAC Installation & Service Technician (Commercial) Glastonbury, CT & Surrounding Areas $33-$40 per hour Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for a Connecticut Licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial projects in the Glastonbury, CT area and surrounding towns. Position Overview As an HVAC Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings. You will play a key role in ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction by delivering expert service, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Perform installations, system startups, and testing Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions Ensure compliance with Connecticut codes and safety standards Maintain accurate service documentation Provide professional customer service on job sites Requirements Active Connecticut S2 HVAC License (required) Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $33-$40 per hour (based on experience) Equal Opportunity Employer

MUST HAVE SET-UP and PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE. Pay: $27.00+/hr. Based on experience Location: Bellingham, MA Must have the ability to set-up and program machines. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain large CNC turning centers (VTLs, horizontal lathes, or similar). Familiarity with Tsugami M08SY, Hardinge GS200, and GS-52 controls (customize per machine). Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for large part machining. Monitor machining operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed to maintain quality and tolerance. Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers). Troubleshoot machining issues and work with engineering or programming teams for resolution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols. SWNE1
