Program Oversight: Provide full oversight and strategic direction for the psychiatry program. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered psychiatry care across all covered sites. 2. Clinical Duties: Work a minimum of eight (8) 12-hour shifts per month. Must be available for PM coverage. Provide additional backup coverage to support psychiatry services. 3. Operational Leadership: Assist with oversight of psychiatry scheduling and ensure adequate coverage. Assist in addressing last-minute coverage needs. 4. Recruitment and Team Development: Participate in the interview and selection process for new psychiatrists. Mentor and support psychiatry team members to enhance professional development. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Engage in compliance-related and quality improvement initiatives within the psychiatry team. Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Identify and address workflow and quality issues at all covered sites. 6. Supervision and Support: Provide oversight of STeM psychiatry Nurse Practitioners; if applicable.
